Last week I was at my friend
Alexa's house to guess what? CRAFT! Aside from painting mugs and chatting about all things silly, we shared our current ornament projects. She had seen the glittered ornaments I made a long time ago...
and offered a new spin - adding sequins! I used my Crafty Chica Varnish, but Alexa used floor wax, which worked really well! You can also use any kind of thinned down glue. Aren't they gorgeous?

As soon as I came back to Phoenix, I busted out with my box of glitters and all things sparkly. I decided to take it a step further and add in a variety of shiny textures - mini-shapes, glitter flakes, glass shards and then ultra fine to fill in the open spaces. This was such an epic project, I had to make a video tutorial! Watch to the end to see how you can win this set!
