VIDEO: Sugar Skull Piñata Tutorial - (No Balloon!)

 I'm sooooo excited to share this project with you!

I've been making piñatas for a while now and hate, hate, hate the balloon method. I don't feel like I can manipulate the shape to the best of my ability. It finally dawned on me to come up with a variation.

I vowed to change the world of piñata making!

After a bit of tinkering, I found the PERFECT balloon alternative. Collective deep sigh of relief, I know! I shared it here in this video tutorial for About.com. My friend, Corinne Leigh hosts this DIY series and asked me to come on and show my crafty skills. I hope you like it!

    Genius! I'll have to try this for my daughter's next birthday party. We always do a pinata, but we haven't been able to find or make a good one yet.
