However, I wasn't big on the brown, so on the fly, I gave it a new look with some gold and silver spray paint. Now it is in a happy corner, serving its purpose! That's why I say - when in doubt - cover it metallic!

When in doubt...spray paint it metallic!
Last week I had some quick furniture switcheroo going on (it's a story I'll write about later, drama!) and found this old night stand in the back yard. After a bit of dusting, I realized it was in really good shape. This was my brother's end table from when he was a little kid in the 1970s! It held up well (so has my big brother!)
However, I wasn't big on the brown, so on the fly, I gave it a new look with some gold and silver spray paint. Now it is in a happy corner, serving its purpose! That's why I say - when in doubt - cover it metallic!

When I lived at home and I would go to garage sales in my town. I would buy spray paint to make it more my style. Then when I moved out on my own and I was on a budget for accessories for my apartment, I would buy things at thrift stores, Goodwill and garage sales and spray paint away to match my decor! I had a blast doing it! You can't of said it better! When in doubt, Spray Paint It! Love You Kathy!
