Stencilize a Ceramic Mug

Have you ever been at the paint on pottery shop and can't decide what to put on your bisque? How about a stencil from the craft store? It's a sure path to colorful success. I like to buy sticky stencils and use them for all kinds of crafts and home decor projects. This is a cute mug that proves how easy it is! Imagine a set of these! Here's how I made it...

    6. Use No. 6 Round to paint two coats Grape to top of crown, Saffron on the main part of crown, and Caribbean on bottom of crown. Remove stencil. Let dry.
    7. Using a different heart stencil, repeat on other side of mug.
    8. Use No. 1 Liner and add Saffron dots around the top rim of mug. Let dry.
    9. Use sponge to coat entire mug with Pure Brilliance® Clear Glaze. Let dry. Use Fan Glaze brush to apply a second coat. Let dry.
