Combing the theme of horses and handbags (in Penny’s honor), here is a little something for you to whip up.

Instructions
- Use the disappearing ink pen to draw the horse design on either side of the front of the bag.
- Fill in design with black paint. Let dry.
- With pen draw designs of flowers and swirls.
- Paint over flowers and swirls with Tulip Soft paint, let dry.
- Use tweezers to place crystals to the front of the bag, set with heat tool.
- Apply Tulip Glitter Bond to horse design. Sprinkle with Black Glitter. Shake off excess. Llet dry.
