This is super easy to make and way yummy!
1. Bake a batch of gingerbread cookies (or use store-bought!).
2. Take a bag of milk chocolate chips, pour in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between until creamy.
3. Set out a sheet of parchment paper, dip the cookies one-by-one and place on the paper. Let them set so the chocolate will harden a bit.
4. Place on a decorative plate and serve!
