I've been on a hot glue jewelry frenzy this season. All you need is a
Tulip Craft Mat, hot glue and some spray paint and you can whip up all kinds of cool pendants, earrings, bracelets and rings! I know it's not a new idea, I've seen it before in other uses (
check out Traci Bautista's Hot Glue Stencils!), but haven't had time to really get squeezing until recently. Let me warn you, once you start - you can't stop, it's addicting because you get instant gratification!
TIP: You can also embed items like crystals, gems, etc.

Here are some earrings I made, let me just say that every time I wear them, I get so many compliments and comments because people are curious about what they are made of. They gasp when I say HOT GLUE!!

Hi Cathy have you ever heard of "Gloobies"? They had a line of colored glue sticks and a glue gun and we used to make all kinds of stuff with it! Popular in the mid 90's...... You might enjoy seeing if it's still around.... Julie :)
