This is how I know my sister loves me...

She left me the last bite of pita bread to our hummus appetizer.
Granted, it is a micro bite, but it is the action and intention that matters, right?
I love my seester. :-)

  1. Hey Kathy! Do you make your own hummus? I have found it is so good for my digestion issues. I have been buying at the local health food grocers, but would love to make my own. Do you have a good recipe???

  3. Hi Kathy,
That was nasty of your sister to deprive you so. It calls for extreme measures, maybe to be removed from your Christmas list. hehe.

I love Lebanese and other Arabic food.
I make my own hummus and tabouleh, and will post the recipe in my blog tonight.

I have two books of Lebanese cooking, really good ones,
" A Taste Of Lebanon" By Mary Salloum, and:

    Ah!
Cooking the Middle Eastern Way" by Nadia S. Farah

They are also a whole bunch of good hummus' recipes in the net.

I make my own yogourt and stuffed grape leaves and Fatyer; I'm getting hungry just thinking of it. I should make some today.
    Have a great day!
