This brings back a memory...years ago my husband and I were asked to bring dessert to a New Year's Eve party. The hostess wanted to know if we could handle making something as complex as Baked Alaska. I said we could make Baked Alaska hats! So we did...upside down metal bowls attached to pizza pans and cut out. We built the dessert on top, and lit them on fire and danced them in at dessert time. A flaming edible hat draws a fair amount of attention!
