ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Betty Ramirez Swinners is a motivational speaker who has dedicated her life to sharing her story of success and survival to encourage others to believe in themselves. Josie B. Vasquez is a contributing author of “Tortilla Soup For the Spirit.” She is a second generation Tejana who was raised as the 6th child of nine children.
