This is Cuban artist, Elsa Mora. She is waaayyy more than a crafty chica. Her crafts are actually art. I just discovered her by way of the CraftZine blog.
Elsa, a mom of three, lives in Los Angeles with her hubby who is a film producer. She got to attend Sunday's Oscar ceremonies - and she made her own gown! Can you say magnificent?
